Returns/Warranty
In case of any problem with your order, and if it is necessary to return your items, please contact us by mail to: vendas@cardosomaia.pt giving knowledge of the fact.
Then, you should join the purchase invoice to the volume(s) to return.
The return is the customer's responsibility.
The return will only be accepted if the item(s) is(are) in perfect condition as well as the packaging should be intact.
According to DL 143/2001, products purchased through the Internet may be returned within 14 days.

How can I apply warranty request for a piece acquired in this website?
All products sold have a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, given by the manufacturer.
If you find any problems in the acquired items that is likely to be a manufacturing defect please contact us preferably by email to: vendas@cardosomaia.pt and expose your situation
mentioning all the data and send a copy of the purchase document, the vehicle logbook copy and information about the Mileage car with the piece mounted.
After analysis of the data provided may be necessary to send the piece to:
