Buying on our site, besides comfort, swiftness and easiness, we guarantee safety.

Because we know this is one of the most important questions for you we took all the efforts to make sure all the information you send is received with the utmost safety.

This site works as any other shop you are used to. While surfing across the site, you can see the shop-windows, the products and all the available information about them.

You can put on your shopping trolley all the products that most interest you and then pay at the desk.

On the front page of our site, you can see some of the products shown on the shelves, promotions and several other events we created for you.

On the left side you will find the different divisions of our shop.

To enter please click on the division that most interest you.

From now on every time you need any information regarding a specific product just click on it.

During your visit to our site, every time you wish to buy a product just click on the word buy that is under or next to the product picture.

The selected product is now on your shopping trolley. After completing the shopping list check your shopping trolley and select the option end order.

Cardoso & Maia, S.A. assure that all the data received on the site is confidential and safe, no one will ever access them.

According to DL 143/2001 all the products bought in the internet can be returned in 14 days.

Payment can only be effected by ATM or Homebanking After end the order the website will display the payment codes in order to complete the transaction.

Only after bank confirmation your order will be prepared.

All the products sold by CARDOSO & MAIA, S.A. are covered by a legal warranty against production defects (please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale).

In case you find a problem with your order and need to return it, please contact CARDOSO & MAIA, S.A. through telephone nrº ++ 351 220001500 – post-sale department to pick up the returned item.

Then, please attach the purchase invoice to the package to be returned.

The return is of the client’s entire responsibility.

The return will only be accepted in case the articles are in perfect conditions as well as the outside package.

Usually the order is delivered in 24 hours after banking confirmation (working days – Portugal mainland). However, CARDOSO & MAIA, S.A. refuses any responsibility regarding possible delays caused by the transport company.

Our internet shop accepts all orders, independently of delivery address.

The shipping costs presented refers only to orders with a max. weight of 10Kgs and deliveries in Portugal mainland.

For all other situations we will charge an extra shipping cost accordingly real weight and/or delivery address.
